Rimpsu-reetan ankkuri

Rimpsu-Reetan Ankkuri is a warmly atmospheric restaurant and café on the shores of Lake Saimaa in Imatra harbour. Rimpsu-Reetta offers taste experiences based on Karelian tradition and the Saimaa region. Rimps-Reetta favours pure, Finnish main ingredients. The main values of Rimpsu-Reeta are ethics, ecology, healthiness and great flavour combinations.

Among other things, the restaurant serves Imatra specialities, rimpsu, which are rye pies baked according to a local grandmother's traditional recipe. Rimpski are available in savoury and sweet, as well as vegetarian and vegan versions. In 2022, Rimpsu-Reetta blueberry-vanilla rimpsu won the Artisan Food World Championship gold medal.

Rimpsu-Reetta also offers smaller savoury and sweet treats, coffee bread, smoothie bowls, coffee and delicious loose ice cream, refreshments and ready-made packed lunches for boaters, beach lions and hikers.
