Wake Park Imatra is a full-service water sports center where you can easily enter the world of wakeboarding, wakeskating or water skiing. With the help of our staff, you can also rent high-quality SUP boards and packrafts on site.

Our 200-meter-long wakeboarding cable park is ideal for waterboarding and water skiing activities. Our always wave-free spot offers a great environment for practicing tricks, even for pro surfers.

Our center is located in South Karelia, in the Vuoksi Fishing Park, Varpasaari. In addition to our cable park, Vuoksi and nearby Lake Saimaa also provide a great setting for SUP and packraft trips.

During the summer season, our customers also have the opportunity to warm up in the unique JunaSauna located in our area between activities.

Wakeboarding

Waterboarding, or wakeboarding, is a very entertaining water sport that is suitable for enthusiasts of all ages and offers an enjoyable experience for spectators as well.

We offer the opportunity to experience this water sport that has become increasingly popular around the world, cable wakeboarding. The wakeboarder glides over the surface of the water, assisted by an electric motor, on a cable track. Although the sport can be practiced behind a boat like traditional water skiing, cable parks have made it more accessible to everyone. In our park, you can also practice wakeskating, which is like wakeboarding, but like regular skateboarding, wakeskating does not have bindings.

We also provide the necessary guidance on the different sports on site and you can rent all the equipment for the activities.

You can conveniently book a place for a wakeboarding lesson from our booking calendar or at the Vuoksen kalastuspuisto.

There are 4 places available for one lesson, so the boarding time is 15-60 minutes/person depending on the places booked.
